I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, light, and airy, with super comfortable amenities. The service was outstanding, very welcoming and absolutely friendly from the moment I stepped in. The location was quite nice, easily accessible to all main attractions with a short cab ride. The dining experience was fantastic with great quality and variety. Overall, a great value for money.

The service was exceptional, with employees like Natali going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was central but inconvenient at times, offering a wonderful mountain view and easy access to shopping and dining. The dining experience was average, though some issues with refilling items were noticed. Overall, a decent value for a 3-night stay in Holiday Inn Tbilisi.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and looked fantastic, just as I had requested, with lovely tiling floors in the shower. The service from the staff was top-notch, they were incredibly kind and attentive beyond my expectations. The location was convenient, close to shopping areas and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The breakfast experience was delightful, with a great selection of fresh pastries and local foods. A truly great find with just a few minor issues to consider.
